The Bossmen XCDA Clean Dry Air System is specifically designed for the electronics industry, providing clean, dry air and achieving efficient dehumidification. This system can be used in conjunction with various airtight cabinets or moisture-proof cabinets, meeting international drying and electrostatic standards, particularly the IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033D moisture control specification. This standard is a core requirement in the electronics industry for component storage, ensuring optimal humidity control and electrostatic protection.

The system is designed to maintain humidity levels adjustable between 1% RH to 40% RH, ensuring long-term storage of electronic components at all levels while guaranteeing their smooth transition into the reflow process. When opening the cabinet or taking out components, the humidity rapidly restores to the preset level within one hour, preventing moisture from affecting the components. Additionally, the dry air control system helps avoid static issues caused by excessively low humidity and prevents the acceleration of oxidation in components due to high-temperature drying environments.

9.Allows setting of upper and lower temperature/humidity limits, with alarms triggered when limits are exceeded.
10.Provides flashing warning lights or buzzer alarms for immediate response to abnormal conditions.
11.Sensors can be separated from the display, with a maximum detection range of up to 150 meters.
