1. MACHINE FEATURES
- The double side polishing/double sided lapping machine is suitable for work pieces required processing both sides at the same time. Especially It is suitable for dealing with while processing material easily warped. Machines perform precision processing for multiple work pieces at the same time.
- The polished/lapped workpiece has great flatness and parallelism, and low warpage.
- The design of mechanism adopts the theory of planetary rotation which makes the surface of workpiece without mechanical pattern (i.e. mirror or matte finish).
- The PLC controller works with a touchscreen interface and provide a simple operating method to users. Also, Joen Lih provides PLC programming and maintenance.

2. THE TYPE OF WORKPIECE SUITABLE FOR POLISHING AND LAPPING
- Non-metal: Silicon wafer, silicon carbide wafer, quartz glass, sapphire, aluminum nitride, gallium arsenide, diamond wafer
- Metal: Aluminum oxide, copper, stainless steel, carbide steel, cross steel, etc.

3. OPTIONAL
- Cooling plate : Increasing the flatness of workpiece during processing.
- Polishing pad : Customize the polishing pad for different materials
- Lapping plate : Customize the lapping plate for different materials. Ex: low coefficient of thermal expansion stainless steel and INVAR.
- Simple slurry supply system : Manual switching of rough and fine polishing/lapping slurry.
- Auto slurry supply system : Auto switching of rough and fine polishing/lapping slurry
- Dressing loop : It is used for addressing the lapping and polishing pad.
- T-tube : It is used for removal of lapping and polishing pad.
- Carrier : Customize the carrier based on the material and the shape and size of workpiece.
- Roller : It is used for affixing the lapping or polishing pad. Auto washing system : Auto washing and moisturizing pad.
- Auto thickness detection : Thickness detector based on the workpiece material.
- Auto workpiece loading and unloading system : Based on workpiece customized loading and unloading supply system (including other brands of polishing machine)
