Founded in 1977, Hermes-Epitek began as a semiconductor equipment agent and has since built a strong foundation in semiconductor and front-end technologies. Our accomplishments include the development of ICP Etchers, Ion Beam Implanters, and MOCVD systems, as well as the launch of SiC substrate manufacturing. Headquartered in Taiwan, Hermes-Epitek operates across the United States, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, and China, with a global workforce of over 1,200 employees.
