The Ultrapyc Series is a high-accuracy gas pycnometer designed for true density / skeletal density measurements of powders, formed solids, foams, and semi-solid materials. It helps users evaluate material purity, composition, crystallinity, and closed porosity, making it a valuable solution for semiconductor materials, advanced materials, process development, and quality control.

The series features TruPyc volume parity, which automatically selects the appropriate reference volume for different sample sizes to ensure excellent accuracy. The TruLock lid provides secure and highly reproducible sealing, minimizing operator-dependent variation. Advanced models also include PowderProtect, a patented bi-directional gas expansion design that enables safer and more flexible analysis of fine powders, volatile samples, and other challenging materials.

The Ultrapyc Series also offers temperature control from 3 °C to 60 °C, small-volume measurements down to 0.02 cm³, and a wide range of sample cells and accessories. With fast analysis time, high repeatability, and flexible configurations, it is well suited for R&D, process optimization, and routine QC applications.
